Annual General Meeting

The Hills Dog Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important event where members come together to review the club’s achievements (i.e. annual awards ceremony) over the past year, discuss future plans, and elect the committee for the coming year.

The AGM agenda typically includes reports from the President and Treasurer, election of office bearers, and an opportunity for members to raise questions or make suggestions. All members are encouraged to attend and participate in shaping the club’s direction. Your involvement helps ensure the continued success and growth of Hills Dog Club.

As per our constitution, only full members are entitled to nominate an individual for a committee position. If you would like to nominate someone, please complete a committee nomination form, which will only be accepted between the months of December and February.

Our Annual General Meeting for 2026 will be on 25th March 2026.
